How to use
Long-press the button to switch on (it starts at L1). Short-press to step through L1–L5 and then P1–P3. Long-press to switch off. For hands-free use, thread the strap through both slots, wrap it around your waist, thigh, calf or lower back and fasten the velcro. It switches itself off after 15 minutes.
