These terms apply to every order placed through this store. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you buy.

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Unwind, based in Lithuania. You can reach us at hello@unwindring.com for anything at all.

Products and descriptions

We describe the Unwind ring as accurately as we can, including its size, battery life, intensity levels and what it feels like to use. Product photography and 3D renders are illustrative; colours can look slightly different on different screens. We do not promise any specific physical result from using the device.

Health and safety

Unwind is a personal massage device for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, have circulation problems or a skin condition, or have any medical condition affecting the area you want to massage. Stop using the device if it causes pain, and keep it away from children.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free. We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was obviously wrong, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, the 30-day home trial and your statutory withdrawal right are covered by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or scrape it.

Our content

The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in your own country's courts. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We would much rather sort things out directly — email us first.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
