Nature of the product

Unwind sells a personal massage device for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, it carries no medical claims, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Consumer rights

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Both are described in our Refund policy, alongside the 30-day home trial we offer in addition to them.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please write to hello@unwindring.com first — we resolve almost everything by email within a day or two. If we cannot agree, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged, nor do we undertake, to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
