Shipping policy

Free worldwide tracked shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise costs at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 (Europe/Vilnius) on a working day are handed to the carrier the same day. Everything else goes out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.

Delivery times

  • European Union and the UK: 4–8 working days
  • United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world: 6–12 working days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, customs checks and local postal delays can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to every country we ship to, on both the single ring and the two-ring bundle. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders inside the European Union are shipped with all taxes included — nothing further to pay. For deliveries outside the EU, your country may charge import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee on arrival. Those charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because those charges weren't paid, we refund the product price minus the return carriage.

Tracking and lost parcels

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking hasn't moved for seven working days, or the parcel is marked delivered but isn't with you, email hello@unwindring.com with your order number and we'll open a case with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent once you cover the new postage.

We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.
